I haven't seen pricing yet. My guess is about $25 bucks. They usually price these things to fill the house.

Have Rochester or Portland ever sold out HSBC? I know they got up to 15,000 once, but I don't think they've ever sold out.

Yes more than once in the last lockout. They held the record for highest attended game in the AHL until the AHL started the outdoor game a few years ago.

edit: The "Blue Ice" game was one of them. Does anyone besides me remember that?

McKee dug the ditches, plowed the crease, and manned his end of the rink so that his teammates could do their job in the offensive zone.

Bills head coach Chan Gailey backed off his desires to find a quarterback of the future immediately and added that Ryan Fitzpatrick is "going to be the guy."
"I think we’ve always said we’re looking to develop a quarterback for the future, but I don’t think it’s the near future," said Gailey. "I think we’re talking about Fitz being the guy for us, and as we continue to get better, I think he’s going to be the guy. I see us being able to be very productive as an offense with Fitz at quarterback. I’ve always said that, and I believe that." Gailey and GM Buddy Nix had gone on record this year voicing their desires to draft a quarterback in 2013 and plug him right into the starting lineup. Gailey can say what he wants, but he may not be around for 2013 at this rate. Fitzpatrick ranks No. 18 in QB rating and is averaging a paltry 6.7 YPA this season. He's not the long-term answer.

Thought this blog was about Wings defense prospect Mike McKee who has 5 points and 108 Pims in 13 games for Lincoln in the USHL.

For some of us who remember this, what a great evening it was.
I thought it might have been a sellout at the time.

I hope you enjoy this.

On May 15, 1973, the Cincinnati Swords, then the Sabres' AHL affiliate, played the final game of the 1973 Calder Cup Finals at the Auditorium. The Swords won the Calder Cup with a 5–1 win over the Nova Scotia Voyageurs in front of 15,019 fans—at the time the largest playoff crowd in AHL history
